• Brick Zoning Denial Overturned For Single-Family Home (patch.com) — A Superior Court judge has reversed Brick Township’s zoning board denial of a plan to build a single-family home on an undersized triangular lot at Pennsylvania and Illinois avenues. The judge found the board’s 2024 rejection arbitrary and ordered that the applicants work with Brick’s professionals on conditions such as relocating the driveway, clearing the way for the 1,700-square-foot home to proceed.
