Seniors Invited To Coffee, Croissants And Conversation With Brick Mayor
Brick Mayor Lisa Crate is meeting with senior residents to hear their thoughts and ideas about the township. There's still time to sign up.
BRICK, NJ — Brick Township Mayor Lisa Crate is hosting a meeting with seniors who live in Brick to get their thoughts on programs and services in the township on Wednesday.
The Coffee & Croissants with Mayor Lisa Crate is being hosted at Brick's Civic Plaza, 270 Chambers Bridge Road, by the township's Senior Services program and begins at 10 a.m.
It is open to residents 60 and older and those who wish to attend can call Senior Services at 732-920-8686 to register.

The event is being held at the Civic Plaza because of paving at the Senior Center at 500 Aurora Place.
"Whether you’d like to share ideas, ask questions or simply learn more about what’s happening in Brick Township, Mayor Crate looks forward to meeting you and spending a meaningful morning together," the event announcement said.

The township's Senior Services program has released the July calendar for programs at and through the Senior Center, including fitness classes, workshops and social events.
There are bus trips scheduled, twice-weekly lunches called the Community Cafe that provide time to socialize over a meal and access to assistance with various support programs.
