Authorities are investigating a slaying at a home in Brick, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office confirmed Friday morning.

No details were provided, but a spokesman confirmed there was "an active and ongoing investigation" in response to a question about a killing at the home, which is on Midstreams Road.
