Toms River Junior Police Camp Accepting Applications For 2024
The summer camp gives kids a peek inside law enforcement.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Toms River Police Department is accepting applications for its 2024 Junior Police Camp.
The camp, for sixth, seventh and eighth graders, is held during the summer. There are 60 available spots in the camp, which is free, and the participants will be chosen via a lottery of all the applicants.
The camp gives children an inside look at our police department and law enforcement as a whole. Campers get to ride in police cars, use specialized police equipment, learn self-defense tactics, and they do physical fitness activities.
