Toys For Tots Brick PBA Gift Drive Underway

The Brick Township Police Benevolent Association is conducting its annual gift collection drive for needy kids in town.

BRICK, NJ — The Brick Township PBA Local 230 is holding its annual Toys for Tots gift collection for Brick Township families in need.

Toys collected through PBA's Toys for Tots drive, which is part of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program, will be distributed to families in Brick Township in need of toys for the holiday season.

The PBA is accepting donations of new, unwrapped toys — with the exception of stuffed animals — that are appropriate for children ranging from infant to 13 years old. Examples are board games, toy cars, athletic balls, dolls, bicycles and other items.

Toys can be dropped off at the police department, 401 Chambers Bridge Road.

The deadline for donations is Dec. 16. Delivery of the toys to the families is tentatively scheduled for Dec. 21.
