Cheesecake Factory Opens to Crowd of More Than 300

National restaurant chain The Cheesecake Factory opened Monday at the Bridgewater Commons Mall on Commons Way, with crowds going in and out all day. General Manager Chris Antonelli said large crowds are typical among the restaurants, particularly at the grand openings.

"The opening is going great," he said.

These crowds, Antonelli said, should continue to grow in the future, particularly on the weekends.
