Church Plans 'Trunk or Treat' for Oct. 27

Halloween trick or treating is more more fun when parents don't have to worry about the tricks, and can focus on treats—and joining the trunk or treat at Bridgewater United Methodist Church on Oct. 27 will help assure the most fun.

The church, located at 651 Country Club Road, is planning the event for the community, with kids trick or treating form 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the church parking lot.

"There will be hot dogs and drinks—and, of course, lots of trick or treating!" church member Jennifer Schaber said. "We would love to get the word out to fill the trunk spots, as well as to have folks find out about the event."
