Come Take a Bet at Jewish Center's Texas Hold 'Em Night

Register before Oct. 7 and get extra chips to stay in the game longer.

There will be fewer losers at the Texas Hold’em Tournament set for Oct. 17 at the Shimon and Sara Birnbaum Jewish Community Center—while the odds on winning won't be any different, the odds the center will benefit from the event are very good.

The center, which fitness, recreational, social, cultural and educational programs for area residents, is offering a special value for players: register by Oct. 7 and get an additional 1,000 chips ($20 additional if registering after Oct. 7).

Registration is $125 per person, which includes start-up chips, dinner, snacks and an open bar. Rebuys are available and prizes include VISA Gift Cards.  Sponsorship opportunities are available.
