is hosting a special class to watch Sous Chef Donald Colley prepare a special Valentine's Day meal. Guests will learn how he cooks his favorite meals, and have the chance to be part of the demonstrations.
The meal includes a first course of Shrimp & Asparagus Crepe and Tomato Caprese Salad; a second course of Chicken Francese and Ratatouille over Six Cheese Canelloni; and a third course of Bitter Sweet Chocolate Mousse.
The cost is $100 per couple.
