Landscaping Trailer Stolen in Somerset County, Reward Offered

A landscaping trailer was stolen in Somerset County last month and now police say a $500 reward is offered to anyone with information leading to the arrest of those responsible.

It was around 3:20 a.m. On Aug. 30 when the two suspects, both male, entered the property of High Tech Landscaping located on Culnen Drive in Branchburg Township with an older model Chevrolet Suburban or GMC Yukon SUV.

Surveillance footage shows the two men hooking up a white trailer, containing landscaping equipment, to their SUV. The white trailer contains the High Tech Landscaping logo on both sides of the vehicle, according to the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office.

The video also shows the men breaking into a second trailer and removing a lawnmower.

Surveillance footage from a nearby business shows the SUV and trailer heading towards County Line Road about 15 minutes later.

The reward for information leading to the arrest of the two men is offered by the Somerset County Crime Stoppers.
