More Bridgewater Christmas Tree Drop-Off Locations Announced

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Bridgewater residents who want to recycle their Christmas trees can drop them off at several recently-announced locations through January.

According to the township's Facebook page, trees can be dropped off through Jan. 31, 2023 at the following locations:

  • Ardmaer Park (near the baseball field)
  • Cedarbrook Park
  • Chimney Rock Park
  • Thomae Park
  • North Branch Park (next to the softball fields)

Trees must be cleared of any decorations to be recycled. The recycled Christmas trees will be used to mulch Bridgewater parks, the township added.

The Somerset County Park Commission is also hosting a free, live Christmas tree recycling program until Jan. 31, 2023. Trees can be dropped off from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Colonial Park Gardens, located at 156 Mettlers Road, Parking Lot F, in Franklin Township.
