Report: Train Fatally Struck, Killed Pedestrian in Somerset County

Police say a pedestrian was apparently fatally struck by a train on the tracks near North 7th Avenue in Manville early Thursday morning.

According to nj.com, it was not a New Jersey Transit train that struck the pedestrian. As of 8:30 a.m. Norfolk Southern workers were on the scene.
