Caldwells Rotary Club Installs Pamela Licht As President
A three-time "Rotarian of the Year" has accepted an extended, two-year presidency in the Caldwells.

The Rotary Club of the Caldwells is proud to announce that Pamela Licht has been installed as President, beginning her term in July 2025. In a historic and unanimously supported decision, Pamela has accepted an extended two-year presidency, serving through June 2027—a reflection of her proven leadership, deep commitment to service, and the trust she has earned within the organization.
A dedicated Rotarian, community leader, and longtime champion of service-driven initiatives, Pamela brings more than a decade of hands-on impact to her presidency. She is a three-time Rotarian of the Year (2019, 2022, 2023) and a Paul Harris Fellow, honored for consistently putting “Service Above Self” into action across every area of club life.

Pamela has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Rotary Club of the Caldwells through her leadership in major initiatives, mentorship of new members, and stewardship of community programs that have touched thousands of lives.
As Volunteer Coordinator and a member of the Willing Hearts Action Committee, she has helped guide the Rotary’s flagship consignment shop—which has raised over $1.6 million to support essential community projects. During her tenure as Membership Chair, she revitalized the club’s recruitment and retention efforts, ushering in the next generation of Rotary leadership.

Pamela is also the creator of Project Prom Dress, an annual program that provides prom attire and confidence to hundreds of underprivileged young women throughout the region. Her passion for empowering others is a hallmark of her service.
Pamela’s leadership extends beyond the club’s internal operations. As a Block Captain for the annual Caldwell Street Fair, she manages vendor logistics for an event that draws thousands and raises more than $100,000 each year to fund local service initiatives.
She is also a committed advocate for health, education, and youth support, organizing club participation in Cycle for Survival, Jersey Cares, and the Back-to-School Store, helping thousands of students begin the school year prepared and confident.
Outside of Rotary, Pamela is a lifelong dancer and instructor at Rogers Dancesport Center, where she began training at the age of nine. She holds a BFA in Dance from Montclair State University and was an original member of the New Jersey Tap Ensemble. Her dedication, discipline, and creative energy shine in every role she takes on—qualities that will serve the club well during her extended presidency.
