North Caldwell Man Faces Felony Child Abuse Charges

A North Caldwell man was indicted by an Essex County grand jury earlier this month on several counts of felony child abuse.
Vincent R. Cestone was indicted on three counts of criminal sexual contact of a child and four counts of physical endangerment, according to a report on newjerseyhills.com.
Cestone is set to be arraigned on April 11, according to the report.
