Celebrate the Christmas Season at St. Paul’s

Gingerbread houses, ornament making, pageants and more in Chatham Borough

This Christmas season, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church invites the community to join in the festivities at a variety of events taking place at 200 Main Street in Chatham Borough. All ages are welcome to participate, and all events are free to the public.

The lineup of activities include:

  • December 14 – service of Advent Lessons and Christmas Carols at 10am. Following this, a gingerbread house building contest will be held. All supplies are provided including kits, icing and candy for families to craft the perfect gingerbread house.
  • December 21 – immediately after Sunday service will be the “greening of the church”. Patrons will help deck the halls and decorate for Christmas Day.
  • December 21 – also on this day, we’ll have the annual Christmas Cookie “swap.” Bring some cookies to share and take home a box for yourself
  • December 24 – St. Paul’s annual Christmas pageant takes place at 4:30pm. All ages are welcome to participate.
  • December 24 – Christmas choral service takes place at the church at 7:30pm
  • December 25 – Christmas service at 10am
  • December 28 – Christmas lessons and carols continue following Sunday service at 10am.
