Fundraiser benefits band and those in need.

The temperatures may be cooler here in northern New Jersey, but the Chatham High School Marching Band just brought a whole bunch of Florida sunshine to those in need.

The marching band organized a Fresh Fruit Sale to raise money for the band and donate boxes of fresh oranges to the Community Soup Kitchen in Morristown.

This year, more than 60 boxes of oranges and grapefruit were donated to the Community Soup Kitchen thanks to the efforts of the band.
