“Narcan has become an important tool for members of law enforcement to use on the front lines of the heroin and opiate epidemic,” said Prosecutor Fredric Knapp. “Since the inception of the Morris County Narcan Program in the summer of 2014, Morris County law enforcement has been able to save numerous lives, providing overdose victims a second chance to seek treatment for their addiction. We greatly appreciate the support of Atlantic Health System and especially Director Alan Robinson for their continuing support and for putting a critical live-saving tool in the hands of law enforcement.”
