Children Turn a Summer Classic Into Neighborhood Project

Friends come together to sell lemonade, snacks and bracelets in Chatham Borough.

The children of Hillside Avenue are not shy about attracting motorists to their lemonade stand.

Olivia, Allison and Grayson, along with some friends and siblings, turned their red wagon into a mobile lemonade stand as the hot days of summer stretch into late August. They pulled the wagon along the streets of Chatham Borough and waved and shouted to passing motorists to let them know of their offerings.

Besides lemonade, the girls also sell cookies, pretzels and handmade bracelets.

An innovative twist on an old classic, and diversification of products to boot. Who sees business school in these girls' futures?
