Daily Record: Chatham Doctor To Avoid Jail Time
The doctor was arrested fro growing marijuana in his home.
A Chatham man who was arrested when police found over 50 marijuana plants in his home will avoid jail time, according to an article in the Daily Record.
Dr. Edwin Bliss Struve, 63, is working out a deal with the Prosecutor's Office to determine if Drug Court or the menteal health unit will better suit his needs, according to Struve's attorney Robert Dunn.
