Healthy Coping Skills Workshop For Chatham K-8, Gen Z Parents

CHATHAM, NJ — Pandemic-related mental health trends and learning the signs and symptoms of them, are part of an upcoming virtual workshop for Chatham parents.
Hosted by the Chatham Education Association, the workshop with Lauren Muriello, MA, LPC, “Parenting Gen Z: Raising Critical Thinkers with Healthy Coping Skills,” is coming up on Zoom, Tuesday, Jan. 18 at 7 p.m.
