Letter to the Editor: Supporting Congressman Rodney Frelinghuysen

With the month of November bringing Election Day as well as Veterans Day, I’m taking this opportunity to submit a letter of support for ​our ​Congressman Rodney Frelinghuysen. ​

​We need to re-elect a proven community and national leader, Rodney Frelinghuysen, someone who has proven he stands for us:

• He made health care more accessible to our veterans by bringing outpatient and ambulatory care centers to Morris Township and the VA Lyons campus.
• He’s kept the Port of New York and New Jersey open for business, saving and creating thousands of jobs for our neighbors and businesses, small and large​
• Through his efforts, Picatinny Arsenal, a valuable military research center and the largest employer in Morris County, is actually growing its mission.

In these and other areas, Rodney, a proud Vietnam Veteran,​ has a track record to be proud of. He has my vote on November 4 and should have yours too! ​
