Officers Save Chatham Woman's Life Thanks To Local Progam
Betsy Boles didn't call her contact one morning and police officers rushed to her home.

CHATHAM TWP., N.J. – A little concern goes a long way, and in the case of one Chatham Township resident, it may have saved her life.
On Oct. 23, 2015, Betsy Boles, a member of the Operation Assurance program, didn’t call to check in with township police by 10 a.m., as previously scheduled.
Concern grew in officers Anthony Loporto and Matthew Smedberg, who conducted a welfare check at 10:15 a.m.
