• JCP&L customers without power can get free water, ice (wrnjradio.com) — If you’re a JCP&L customer in Chatham still without power after the Dec. 19 windstorm, you can pick up free water and ice at the ShopRite on Shunpike Road/Southern Boulevard. The offer is available at several participating ShopRite and Acme stores across Morris County and beyond, but you must first get a voucher at each store’s customer service desk and confirm current hours.
   

• Chatham Boys Basketball Scores High Grade in Test vs. Westfield with 58-49 win in Rose City Classic; MacAniff 21 Points (tapinto.net) — Chatham High’s boys basketball team stayed unbeaten with a 58-49 win over Westfield in the Rose City Classic at FDU, led by senior guard Michael MacAniff’s 21 points. The Cougars’ pressure defense and timely three-pointers fueled several big runs, and they’ll be back in action Friday at 8 p.m. when they open the Cougar Classic at CHS against Delaware Valley.
