• Points Dry Up for Chatham Girls Basketball in 4th Quarter of Opening Loss to Rumson-Fair Haven in NJBCA Tip-Off Classic (tapinto.net) — Chatham High’s girls basketball team opened its season with a 41–34 loss to Rumson-Fair Haven after losing its offensive rhythm in the fourth quarter at Rutgers Prep. Coach Joe Gaba highlighted the young squad’s inexperience but praised its defensive press and sees this tough matchup as preparation for upcoming Morris County and divisional games, including Tuesday’s trip to Randolph.
