Star Ledger: Grand Jury Revises Feliciano Indictment
A count of armed robbery added and reference to 'depravity of mind' removed.

A grand jury revised the original indictment against accused murderer Jose Feliciano Tuesday, according to The Star Ledger.
A second count of second degree robbery was added to the indictment of Feliciano in the murder of Rev. Edward Hinds on Oct. 22, 2009. This brings the total number of charges to seven.
The revised indictment also had minor changes to the language of the first count of murder in the first degree, removing the phrase "depravity of mind." In a court appearance last Wednesday, Feliciano's attorney Neill Hamilton told Judge Ironson that his client was under the influence of prescription drugs when he confessed to police in a hospital ward after his arrest.
