Town-Wide Yard Sale Returns To Chatham, Madison This Weekend
The Great Swamp Watershed Association will share a map of yard-sale participants and which items are available at each location.
CHATHAM, NJ — Do you need to clear out things you no longer need in your home? Are you a shopper who is always looking for a good deal? Mark your calendar: the Madison and Chathams' town-wide yard sale is coming up.
The yard sale includes homes in Chatham Township, Borough and Madison. The sale will be held rain or shine on Saturday, April 29, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This event is a fundraiser for the Great Swamp Watershed Association. Residents can list their sales on a digital map for a $10 tax-deductible donation to the Great Swamp Watershed Association.

Chatham and Madison residents can still hold sales without registering. But paying the registration fee gets your home on the yard sale map.
According to officials, the Great Swamp Watershed Association will compile a list of participating homes before the event and create a digital map on April 28 to help people find the sales.

Last spring, more than 100 Chatham and Madison residents took part in the town-wide yard sale, raising more than $1,000 for the Great Swamp Watershed Association.
