Trunk or Treat at Long Hill Chapel

Long Hill Chapel in Chatham will be having its annual Trunk or Treat/Harvest Festival from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday. It is open to the community, and includes games, candy, prizes, bounce houses and food.

There's more Halloween fun in Chatham this weekend. The Chatham Downtown Alliance is holding a costume contest and trick-or-treating at Main Street merchants from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.

Children and their parents should meet on the front lawn of Ogden Church, Main Street and Elmwood Avenue, at 3 p.m. for the costume contest. Judges will pick the scariest, craziest and most creative costumes.
