Cherry Hill Shredding, Recycling Day Later This Month

Mark your calendars, Cherry Hill: a shredding and recycling day is scheduled this month in town.

CHERRY HILL, NJ - Mark your calendars, Cherry Hill: a shredding and recycling day is scheduled this month in town.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 30, residents can shred up to three boxes per vehicle at Cherry Hill Public Works (1 Perina Blvd). Businesses are not permitted to use the service.

Materials to be collected include paper to be shredded, single stream recycling, CFL light bulbs, e-waste, rechargeable batteries, plastic bags, tires (off the rim), used oil, car batteries and more.

Residents are urged to ensure recycling and shredding material is easily distinguished in car trunks.

Non-perishable food items for the Cherry Hill Food Pantry will also be accepted.
