Hundreds Lose Power In Cherry Hill During Ongoing Storms

CHERRY HILL, NJ — Hundreds of homes and buildings in Cherry Hill have lost power Thursday during the ongoing storms.

There are 550 power outages in Cherry Hill as of noon, representing about 2 percent of the township, according to PSE&G. The estimated restoration time is 7:30 p.m. as of this writing.

Rain and heavy winds are expected to continue pushing through the region Thursday afternoon, bringing a potential thunderstorm, according to the National Weather Service. A chance of showers will linger before 9 p.m. as the clouds gradually clear, the agency says.
