Stars Are Out In Cherry Hill: Kiefer Sutherland Headlines Horror Convention

Monster-Mania Con's guest list includes talent from 'The Sopranos,' 'The Shining' and 'A Nightmare on Elm Street.'

CHERRY HILL, NJ — An array of celebrities, including actors who portrayed some of the creepiest characters in cinema history, will pack Cherry Hill this weekend.

Monster-Mania Con returns to Cherry Hill from Friday through Sunday, giving fans the opportunity to meet some of their favorites from horror, Hollywood and other entertainment. Kiefer Sutherland will headline the convention in a "Lost Boys" reunion with Jason Patric, Alex Winter and Billy Wirth.

The event takes place at DoubleTree by Hilton (2349 Marlton Pike W).

Roughly two-dozen stars are on the guest list, including:

  • Lou Diamond Phillips
  • Lorraine Bracco, of "The Sopranos" and "Goodfellas"
  • Keith David, of "They Live" and "The Thing"
  • Jackie Earle Haley — Freddy Krueger in the 2010 remake of "A Nightmare on Elm Street"
  • Lisa and Louise Burns — the Grady twins in "The Shining"
  • Tyler Mane — Michael Myers in Rob Zombie's "Halloween" and "Halloween 2"

Guests may cancel because of professional commitments beyond the convention's control, says Monster-Mania Con.
