CHERRY HILL, NJ — The first 100 customers at the new Next Gen Dunkin on Brace Road were surprised with a gift on Aug. 7: free coffee.

The free coffee was part of the restaurant’s grand opening celebration, which included a $3,000 donation to the Food Bank of South Jersey.

Cherry Hill Councilwoman Michele Golkow joined the Food Bank of South Jersey, Cherry Hill police and community members at the grand opening celebration.

Golkow presented franchisee Cesar DeAndrade, who owns and operates five Dunkin’ locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with a proclamation recognizing his contributions to the community. She also thanked him and the Dunkin' Joy In Childhood Foundation for their $3,000 donation to the Food Bank.

The new store actually opened in July with the NextGen store design, which features innovations and technologies to enhance the customer experience, store owners said.
