Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center Opens Doors To Cherry Hill Patients

Appointments will be available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

CHERRY HILL, NJ — The Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center in Cherry Hill opened its doors to patients on Tuesday, Jefferson Health announced.

In this initial phase, medical oncology care will be located in the Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital Medical Office Building, 2211 Chapel Avenue, Suite 303.

Appointments will be available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Medical oncology will join existing surgical oncology services in breast, vascular, and gastrointestinal surgery, along with ENT and dermatology.

An Oncology Infusion Suite is slated to open in the spring at Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital, 2201 Chapel Avenue.

Plans for a newly remodeled expansion for a full-service cancer care at the hospital are underway.

Clinical consultations are available with Medical Director and Chief of Cancer Services, Ana María López, MD, MPH, MACP, as well as Anthony P. Scarpaci, MD; Michael Rotkowitz, MD, and Courtney Daniels, APN. To make an appointment, call 856-922-5180.

Cherry Hill is the second Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center location in South Jersey. The existing full-service location at the Jefferson Washington Township Hospital campus opened in 2019.
