85-Year-Old Driver Dies From Crash Rt. 70 Injuries: Police
An 85-year-old driver died a week after she sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Route 70 in Medford, authorities said.
MEDFORD, NJ - An 85-year-old driver died a week after she sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Route 70 in Medford, authorities said.
The crash was reported on Aug. 22 at around 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of Route 70 and North Main Street (Country Route 541), Medford police said.
Both drivers involved in the crash required transportation to Cooper University Hospital Trauma Center for their injuries, police said. One of the drivers, Lorraine Blumberg, 85, of Medford, died of her injuries on Aug. 29.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation by the Medford Township Police Department Traffic Unit.
