BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ — All three COVID-19 vaccine booster shots are now available to eligible Burlington County residents, the health department announced.

Johnson & Johnson boosters are available for anyone who was vaccinated with the single-dose shot more than two months ago. No other conditions are required.

“Available data shows that all three vaccines offer strong, effective protection against COVID-19, including the Delta variant, and these boosters can help extend that protection,” Burlington County Health Director Dr. Herb Conaway said. “This is important for people who are at high-risk of serious complications from COVID-19, including smokers and those who are obese, so we’re encouraging all who are eligible to get their booster. Our Department also continues to make vaccine readily accessible for those who are still unvaccinated, and we’re imploring those who are still reluctant about the vaccines to reconsider and get their shots right away. Colder winter weather and increased indoor activity will only make the virus more dangerous for those who are not protected.”
