Burlington Co. Man Nabbed On Illegal Drug, Weapons Offenses: Police
Crack cocaine, heroin and illegal weapons materials were found in the possession of the South Jersey man, authorities said.
BURLINGTON CITY, NJ - A month-long investigation into illegal drug sales in the New Yorkshire neighborhood of Burlington City culminated in the arrest of a Burlington City man found in the possession of crack cocaine, heroin and illegal weapons materials, authorities said.
Brian Bailey, 50, of Burlington City, was charged with distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public playground and related drug and weapons offenses, Burlington City police said.
During a police execution of a search warrant in the 300 block of Jones Avenue, authorities found illegal narcotics including crack cocaine and heroin with packaging material. A 9mm handgun with large capacity magazines were also recovered, police said.

Bailey is lodged in the Burlington County Detention Center awaiting presentation to the grand jury for indictment, police added.
