Chick-fil-A is anchoring the redevelopment of a relatively inactive portion of the Route 130 business corridor. The plan, approved in May 2022, calls for a 2,656-square foot restaurant with drive-thru lanes.
A 6,800-square foot building for unspecified retail will go on the same lot, according to the approved plans.

In 2022, the redevelopment site included properties owned by two different entities. The developer — CFA Cinnaminson — struggled to obtain the lots with two vacant homes in disrepair.
Those properties were owned by the same person and registered under two businesses with no clear functions. Several years of disputes ensued between the developer and property owner. But those differences were resolved as of this summer, allowing the project to move forward.
The township has wanted to redevelop the site for more than a decade.
