Cinnaminson Diner Gives Back To The Community
From participating in National Night Out to establishing its own non-profit, the Cinnaminson Diner has shown a desire to help the community.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — The Cinnaminson Diner is proud to serve their customers fresh ingredients, but it’s more than a place locals can stop to get breakfast, lunch and dinner.
From participating in National Night Out to establishing its own non-profit organization, the Cinnaminson Diner has shown a desire to help the members of their community.
The Cinnaminson Diner Foundation was founded in March, and it is funded by the diner and by Westampton-based Pepperoni's Pizza, according to an announcement posted on the diner's Facebook page.

Its first act was to award a new MacBook Pro to Cinnaminson High School senior Andrew Bishop.
“Andrew Bishop was the winner who wrote an awesome essay on why small businesses are important to local communities,” the diner said. “Andrew will be graduating Cinnaminson High School this year and will be attending Montclair University and will be studying History. Andrew will also be playing football as an offensive lineman. This was an awesome experience to read all those letters, but unfortunately we could only pick one. Thank you for everyone who wrote us. We wish you all the best luck in the world. Our goal is to donate to every graduate, and we will reach this goal with your support. We will always support our community as they support us.”

The diner also supported the Westampton Police Department’s efforts to get a K-9 officer, “Pupperoni.” Last week, the diner participated in Willingboro’s National Night Out event after Cinnaminson canceled its event due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“We teamed with our sister location Pepperoni’s Pizza, located on the border of Willingboro, and handed out over 500 slices of pizza and pasta made by the diner,” the owners said. “We also unveiled the New Trek bicycle we donated to the Willingboro PD. We team up with Detective Jay of Willingboro PD with the idea of making police officers more approachable to the local Community. Our goal is to always keep a positive relationship between local police and community. We hope to see everyone next year at Cinnaminson National Night Out.”
