Freddy's, A Retro-Themed Burger Chain, Now Open In Cinnaminson

After more than a year in the works, Cinnaminson can now get a taste of 'The Freddy's Way.'

CINNAMINSON, NJ — Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has made it to Cinnaminson.

The retro-themed fast-casual chain opened its long-awaited Cinnaminson restaurant on Thursday.

Freddy's has hundreds of locations around the nation. Every burger is made "The Freddy's Way," with each patty pressed thin to create crispy edges and finished with Freddy's Famous Steakburger and Fry Seasoning.

The menu also features hot dogs, shoestring fries and freshly churned chocolate or vanilla frozen custard.

Freddy's is named after Freddy Simon — a World War II veteran who co-founded the chain in 2002. Each restaurant emulates the ambiance of those in post-World War II America, focusing on unity and quality family time.

Cinnaminson's restaurant seats 78 guests, with additional patio seating and a drive-thru. It's located at 1107 Route 130 S — next to the Children of America daycare.

The hours of operation are:

  • Sunday through Thursday: 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Friday and Saturday: 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
