Man Killed After SUV, Truck Collide In Burlington Co.: Police
The man was flung from his vehicle during the crash, officials said.
MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — A man was killed in a crash after his SUV hit a truck Tuesday in Burlington County, authorities said.
It happened at 3:59 p.m. on the New Jersey Turnpike's south outer roadway in Mansfield.
The SUV — a GMC Terrain — rear-ended a Freightliner semi-trailer as both vehicles traveled southbound, according to the preliminary investigation from State Police.

The GMC driver — Thomas Guzzi, 72, of Mount Laurel — was flung from his vehicle and sustained deadly injuries, police said.
No other injuries were reported.

The crash remains under investigation. State Police had no additional information available as of this writing.
