Proposal Impacting Chick-fil-A In Cinnaminson Up For Final Vote

CINNAMINSON, NJ — There will be a public hearing and a final vote on a proposed ordinance to adopt a redevelopment plan that will impact the proposed Chick-fil-A in Cinnaminson Monday night.

Cinnaminson Township Committee will meet Monday night, 6:30 p.m. at the municipal building, 1621 Riverton Road.

The proposed ordinance concerns a redevelopment plan for a parcel of land on Route 130 South, which township officials called a "crucial step" in the process to bring Chick-fil-A to the township when it was introduced on Aug. 16. Township Committee will also introduce a proposed ordinance concerning parking and road obstructions.

Remington and Vernick will also make a presentation on its Road Improvement Program. There will also be a presentation for the township’s employees of the year.
