Resident Catches Would-Be Burglar Red-Handed: Police
A Philadelphia man was arrested for allegedly trying to steal power tools from a township home.

A township resident allegedly caught a would-be burglar trying to steal power tools from his property last week, Cinnaminson Police say.
According to police, a resident of the 100 block of North Forklanding Road reported seeing a man enter his shed and take various power tools last Tuesday. When the resident confronted the man, the suspect indicated he was armed, then dropped the tools and fled.
Following an investigation, police identified the man as Michael Chlebuch, 41, of the 1700 block of Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia. He was charged with burglary and theft. His bail was set at $25,000, police said. He is lodged in Pennsylvania awaiting extradition.
