Rock 'n' Roll Run Organizers Dole Out Thanks

To the editor:

We want to thank everyone that helped to make our fourth annual Rock 'n' Roll Run Back to School event such a huge success. The event was held on Labor Day at St. Charles Borromeo School in Cinnaminson. Despite the rain toward the end of the event, we doubled the amount of runners this year to 300 and had an unbelievable turnout. The event raised almost $4,500 for St. Charles Borromeo School. First, we want to thank all of our sponsors and donors for their generosity. Without them, this event would not be possible. Also, thank you to all the staff at St. Charles Borromeo that helped with use of the facilities for the day. And a special thanks to all of our amazing volunteers behind the scenes for their help both on race day and leading up to the event. The top three male 5K finishers were Joseph Inglis, Kevin Horten and Casey F. Coleman. The top three female 5K finishers were Tina Muir, Kimberly Cary and Sade Lavallias. The top three male one-mile finishers were Ryan Elliott, Matt Bundy and Matthew Drinkard.
