CINNAMINSON, NJ — Star Students are found in classrooms, on concert and theater stages and at debate lecterns, and out in the community doing good things to make life better for all of us.

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize Star Students, and we’re working to tell the stories of these outstanding kids to their neighbors.

This submission comes from Eva Pocius who nominated her daughter Olivia, a junior.

Olivia is a genuine and giving young lady and loves to connect with her community. She's been taking part in community service since she was little. She collects winter hats and toys to donate to her local church. She periodically makes welcome bags for the families staying at Ronald McDonald House. She's a volunteer every year for St. Charles Carnival of Cinnaminson. And, prior to COVID19, periodically played piano for nursing facilities and church service at The First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown. Olivia also volunteers for Virtua's annual Cook's Tour of Moorestown, playing classical piano music in the homes for the tour.
