CINNAMINSON, NJ — SweetWater Bar and Grill in Cinnaminson will permanently close this week.George Kyrtatas, an <a href="https://georgekyrtatas.com/index.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">acclaimed chef</a> known for Greek cuisine, opened the restaurant in 2012 in the same building as his family's former diner, Hathaway's, which opened in the 1980s. SweetWater will close on Saturday, bringing an end to the Kyrtatas family's four-decade run in the location.
