BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ — Here's a list of upcoming events in Burlington County, courtesy of our friends at Visit South Jersey, the official Destination Marketing Organization for Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Salem counties, and the Outer Coast Plain Wine Region in South Jersey.

Stone Mountain Road will perform a live concert at the DeCafe House in the Perkins Center for the Arts in Moorestown will host a live concert Friday night. The Moorestown DeCafe is a warm coffeehouse environment where great folks gather to enjoy live folk music, jazz, the blues, or world music once per month. Performers range from nationally known singer-songwriters to talented local musicians on the verge of breaking out. Tickets go quickly and space is limited in order to provide an intimate setting for audience and performers alike. In keeping with its coffeehouse inspiration, the cost of admission includes coffee, tea, and light fare. The Gibson House in Evesham Township will host a Diwali Celebration from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday night. Diwali is celebrated by many people across the world and is a time to celebrate the triumph of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, and good over evil. DEON in conjunction with India Temple Association, Indian Cultural Center of South Jersey and Evesham Township welcome everyone to celebrate Diwali- the festival of lights. Rancocas Woods Shops in Mount Laurel will host its second annual Kids’ Craft and Holiday Flea Market Saturday morning, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Young entrepreneurs in grades K-12 are encouraged to apply to show their talents. Shop the Kids Only Craft & Flea Market and support young entrepreneurs in their community while preparing for the holidays! Giving shoppers the chance to find a few treasures, while allowing kids with an interest in business, the opportunity to make a little money! This event is open to the public for shopping and free to attend. There will be all kinds of hidden handmade treasures to discover! Laurita Winery in New Egypt will host a Fall Food Truck Fair from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday. There will be fireworks Saturday night, and attendees are invited to show up at anytime. There will be gourmet food trucks, arm painting by Macaroni Anne Cheeze, country line dancing and live music all weekend. There will be fire pits and complimentary firewood. As always, fireworks and fire pits are at the discretion of the fire marshal. There will also be a wine tasting, vineyard tours and more. The Bordentown Food Tour runs from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, and will include historical information about the town during the American Revolution. As you travel down the streets of Bordentown, you’ll see many sights, including the home of a signer of the Declaration of Independence, and the first female sculptor and spy. Head down the block for upscale Italian tapas, where you’ll get to sample several traditional and not-so-traditional items made with a modern twist. Taste authentic coal-fired Neapolitan gourmet pizza with hand-picked ingredients. We encourage you to save room for a flavorful street food treat from an American, Italian and Spanish fusion restaurant. Next, enjoy a classic American favorite with a new culinary touch. The Rancocas Nature Center will host a Twilight Hike and Campfire from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday. The Rancocas preserve is a wondrous place to hike as the day transitions into night. Small groups will join Rancocas staff for interpretive walks through the meadow and woods to observe and hear the sights and sounds of the nocturnal world. The program, designed for adults and families, will include a take-home lantern-making project and storytelling by a campfire. There is a limit of eight families per pod. The event will be canceled in the event of inclement weather. Masks will be required in the area surrounding the nature center during activities where social distancing is not always possible. The Whitesbog Preservation Trust will host a Harvest Diner in the Whitesbog Gardens from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday. The dinner will include rustic dishes, music and friendship. Walk through the Historic Village and Museum, stroll the gardens and trails. Come early and visit the General Store and take a stroll around the village. Appetizers and drinks will be served starting at 5 p.m. in the Picnic Grover. Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. outside in the Picnic Grove under the cafe-style string lights. They will move the event into the Barrel Factory/ Museum in the case of rain. There will be live music. Appetizers will include cheeses, meats, olives and crackers. Dinner will include mild Italian sausage with peppers and onions, hot roast beef in homemade gravy, rigatoni in vodka sauce, meatballs and more. Select GF options will be available. Desserts will be served. Tickets will be $45 each and $75 for a pair of tickets for Whitesbog Preservation members; $55 each for non-members and $95 for a pair of tickets.
