CLARK, NJ - A motor vehicle crash on the Garden State Parkway in Clark has prompted commuting delays in the area Monday morning, authorities said. As of 5:50 a.m., there's a crash on the Garden State Parkway southbound south of Exit 136 - Stiles Street in Clark, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
