CLARK, NJ – Construction on Clark’s newest luxury development, Walnut Hill, has recently been completed exterior construction, and has recently launched interior construction work.
The pet-friendly apartment complex, slated to introduce 177 luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments to the township at 35 Walnut Avenue, is now anticipated for a mid-2023 completion, developer Garden Communities said in a statement Thursday.
All apartments will include a private balcony or patio, gourmet kitchens, oversized closets, and in-suite washers and dryers, with select two-bedroom floor plans to feature a fireplace, the developer said. The community clubhouse will tout an entertainment lounge, game room, fitness center and outdoor swimming pool.
“Walnut Hill will provide a new style of contemporary living in the heart of a vibrant suburban township,” project developer Tony DiGiovanni said in a statement. “This is a highly anticipated rental property that has been embraced by the Clark community from the start.”
