Dumpster Fire At Garwood Home Monday Afternoon: Fire Department
No injuries were reported during the fire, according to the Garwood Fire Department.

GARWOOD, NJ — A dumpster fire occurred in the driveway of a Garwood home Monday afternoon, according to the Garwood Fire Department.
Garwood Fire units battled the fire for about an hour-and-a-half before getting it under control, according to the announcement on Facebook. No injuries were reported, and the fire did not extend to the home, according to the Fire Department.
The fire units were on the scene within minutes of the initial alarm, at about 4 p.m., with a total of 22 members present, the Fire Department wrote.

Crews from Westfield and Cranford were also on standby while Garwood firefighters were putting out the fire.
