CLARK, NJ - With spring just weeks away, it's not too early to start planning your garden this year. Lucky for Clark locals, free double ground mulch will soon be available to residents. Starting Friday, Feb. 24, free mulch in small loads (about three yards) and large loads (about six yards) will be delivered to residential driveways upon request from the Clark Department of Public Works. Residents can email dpw@ourclark.com to schedule drop-offs on Fridays. Questions can be directed to the Department of Public Works at (732) 428-8402.
