Mom In NJ, PA Amber Alert Found Dead In Tennessee
The mother of Yasemin Uyaf, of Rahway, told NBC her daughter was found dead after her 2-year-old grandson, Sebastian Rios, was found safe.
MONTEREY, TN — A New Jersey mom reported missing along with her 2-year-old son in an Amber Alert was found dead in Tennessee on Saturday, her family told NBC. The woman's son, Sebastian Rios, was already reported to be found safe Saturday morning, causing the cancellation of an Amber Alert issued in New Jersey and Pennsylvania on Friday.
The body Yasemin Uyaf, 24, of Rahway, was found in Monterey, Tennessee, some 800 miles away from home, according to her mother, Karen Uray.
"This is probably the hardest few days of our lives," Uray told NBC.

Sebastian, his grandmother told the news outlet, is "obviously confused, asking for mommy."
Tyler Rios, 27, Sebastian's father, is suspected of abducting the pair, police said in the Amber Alert. Charges against Rios, of Highland Park, are pending as he awaits extradition to New Jersey, NBC reported.

The Amber Alert was first issued when the toddler did not show up for daycare on Friday and his mother missed work, according to NBC.
